Products and Orders
Physical Products (Merch) We sell print-on-demand merchandise produced and fulfilled through Printify. Product descriptions, sizing, and images are provided in good faith, but slight variations in color and print placement may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing. By placing an order, you acknowledge this.
Digital Products We may sell digital products including downloadable files, guides, graphics, or other digital assets. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout. Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Payment is processed securely through WooCommerce and our payment gateway providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Intellectual Property
All content on BrittyGee.com — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and original creative assets — is owned by or licensed to BrittyGee. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Fan art and community content shared with BrittyGee (via social media tags, Discord, etc.) remains the intellectual property of its creators. By sharing content and tagging BrittyGee, you grant us a non-exclusive license to share or feature that content on our platforms with credit.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party sites (game publishers, affiliate links, partner brands). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Linking to them is not an endorsement.
